The IKONO Museum is located right in front of the Reina Sofía Museum, in the Juan Goytisolo square, in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.
Its original proposal invites the visitor to enhance their senses through immersive activities, colors, smells and textures, in which they can immortalize the moment with their own camera or mobile phone.
With a tour lasting approximately one hour, the public can visit different spaces spread over more than 600 m² divided into three floors and decorated to offer a sensory and photographable experience. Among the spaces are a giant ball pit, Europe’s only indoor bamboo park, confetti showers and murals painted by local artists such as Ricardo Cavolo.
Ikono combines contemporary art, photography and the experience promoted so that the visit is a sensory journey that helps you disconnect and live the experience intensely.
