Andorra and France discuss the promotion of nature tourism

The Minister of Tourism of Andorra (Pyrenees), Veronica Canals, met on Wednesday with the newly appointed General Director of Atout France, Caroline Leboucher, to promote collaboration with the French Tourism Development Agency.

During the meeting, also attended by the Tourism Director, Sergi Nadal, the ambassador of Andorra to France, Eva Descarrega and the Marketing Director of Atout France, Sophie Lacressonnière, aspects such as strategy for the development or promotion of nature tourism and sustainable tourism have been discussed, and an exchange of experiences in different areas of tourism policies has been agreed.

The Minister of Tourism has also been able to meet with the French parliamentarian of Ariège (Occitania) and the president of the France-Andorra friendship group, Bénédicte Taurine, with whom they have been able to share the different tourism priorities of the two territories.
