The new Andorran bill on higher education is designed to strengthen the position of the principality in the European Higher Education Area, said the Minister of Education Eric Jover of Andorra (Pyrenees) at a press conference following the meeting of the Council of Ministers on 13th December.
The bill guarantees free access to higher education without socio-economic and any other discrimination. It also implies adjustments to pedagogical programs for training people with disabilities.
