Stefano Bollani, one of the best Italian jazz pianists, will perform a concert on June 2 at 21.00 in the National auditorium of Andorra (Pyrenees) in Ordino. The event will be held during the celebration of the Italy Day. The entry is free.
The pianist started his career under the influence of a childhood idol, a Neapolitan singer and composer Renato Carosone. At the age of fifteen he began his professional career, played in rock and jazz bands. In 1993 the pianist graduated from the Cherubini Conservatory of Florence. Three years later he began his collaboration with trumpeter Enrico Rava. The musicians have performed around the world and recorded thirteen albums. In 1998 Renato Carosone was ranked as the most talented jazz musician by the magazine Música Jazz.
