On 13th September Andorra (Pyrenees) will hold a presentation about the restoration project of the first house of Antoni Gaudi – Casa Vicens in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain). The presentation will be attended by architect David Garcia and chief Casa Vicens housekeeper Mercedes Mora.
The event will be held at 19:00 in MoraBanc. The restoration project was a finalist in the contest of Construction and Design Projects and was included by Time magazine in the list of “World’s Greatest Places 2018”, becoming one of the 35 places in the world recommended for tourists. Casa Vicens (1883-1885) – the first architectural project of Gaudi, was declared in 2005 as a UNESCO World Heritage site. MoraBanc acquired this building in 2014.
