For the first time Bank Credit Andorra has exhibited a part of its art collection outside the Principality

Bank Credit Andorra has exhibited a part of its art collection for the first time outside Andorra (Pyrenees). The art works will be exhibited in Madrid (Spain) during the events organized in honor of the 25th anniversary of the bank Banco Alcalá – a subsidiary of Credit Andorra Bank in the field of private banking in Spain. The collection will be exhibited for 10 days from May 20 to June 1, at the headquarters of the fund.

The art exhibition is thematically divided into two parts. On the one hand, the collection presents a wide range of paintings by Spanish artists of different generations, who established the framework for contemporary schools of painting (well known as Spanish School of Paris, France). Among the artists there  such eminent names as Joaquim Sunyer, Pablo Picasso, Isidre Nonell, Mariano Fortuny, Ramón Casas and Pere Pruna. The second part of the exhibition is a collection of watches, unique by technical characteristics and original performance.

Managing Director of Credit Andorra, Jose Peralba, stated that “art funds of the bank – are ones of the most outstanding in their fields.” According to him, the activity of the bank in supporting and collecting works of art has been supported by all members of the Board of Directors for more than 25 years.
