In the framework of the participation of Andorra (Pyrenees) at the Francophonie Summit, Antoni Martí Petit, has held a meeting with Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, with whom they have agreed to promote relations between the two Governments to exchange experiences and knowledge about the tourism. They have also discussed aspects related to the mobility of students and the possibility of having access to the labor market while developing their academic activity.

Antoni Martí also met with Québec’s Prime Minister, Philippe Couillard, with whom they have agreed on a collaboration in the field of education to share experiences in aspects such as the implementation of skills education.

They have also addressed aspects related to student mobility between the two territories.

On the agenda of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maria Ubach, several meetings have been held with their counterparts, such as the Foreign Minister of Vietnam, Pham Binh Minh, with whom he has been monitoring bilateral relations and aspects of the consular field have also been addressed. Ubach also met with Ireland’s Minister of European Affairs, Helen McEntee, with whom she has also followed up on issues of common cooperation. The Foreign Minister has met with Montenegro Minister of Culture, Aleksandar Bogdanovic, with whom they shared the desire to strengthen diplomatic relations and exchange experiences in the field of snow and mountain tourism.
