The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed al-Nayhan visited Andorra (Pyrenees) with official visit.
Within the visit he met the head of the Government of Andorra, Antoni Martí Petit, who was accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the principality Gilbert Saboya.
The parties signed the agreement on encouragement and mutual protection of investments.
The relevant provisions of the civil and tax law on protection of interests of investors at the interstate level on the eve of visit were approved by the government of Andorra.
Besides, the agreement on exception of taxation (CDI) and prevention of evasion from payment of taxes on the income which also got preliminary approval of the government of Andorra was signed.
