In order to recover the company’s historical heritage, the Madrid metro (Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain) has made a significant effort to restore a sample of its classic trains, put into service between 1919 and 1965.
Along with these trains, the main protagonists of the exhibition, you can see nearly 100 elements of the underground and evocative images of a time gone by that are now being rescued and that make the journey to the modern metro of today possible.
