Foreign Ministers of Andorra (Pyrenees) and Spain, Gilbert Saboya and Alfonso Dastis, discussed the prospects of the Ibero-American summit in Andorra in 2020.
The meeting took place in Madrid in the presence of Spanish ambassadors in Andorra and Andorra in Spain, Manuel Montobbio and Jaume Gaytan.
Gilbert Saboya briefed his Spanish counterpart on the progress of negotiations on an agreement between Andorra and the EU.
The candidacy of Andorra to host Ibero-American summit in 2020 will be considered during the next Ibero-American summit, which will be held in Guatemala in 2018.
