The Council of Ministers approved the draft law “On granting the right for temporary residence and humanitarian assistance to victims affected in the conflict in Syria”. The conflict in Syria has caused the largest humanitarian crisis in the recent years, reports the Government of Andorra.
The political forces of Andorra expressed their readiness to help the victims who seek refuge outside the Syrian border.
The bill will soon be considered by the parliament of Andorra (Pyrenees).
Its preparation implies cooperation with competent international bodies, reports the Government.
