Andorra (Pyrenees) participated in a forum in Paris (France) organized by the Center for Energy and Climate of the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
The delegation of Andorra was represented by the Minister of Environment, Agriculture and Sustainable Development Sílvia Calvó, Head of the Department of the Government of Andorra Marc Rossell, and Carles Miquel, Head of the Government of Andorra for Energy and Climate Change.
Participation in the forum is part of the cooperation between the government of Andorra and TSE, which began in 2015 in the area of energy, combating climate change, protecting water resources and the biological environment.
The parties discussed, in particular, the issues of decentralization of energy supply, searching for new sources of energy, as well as the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
