The Government of Andorra approved the issue of bonds for a total 60 million euros for a period of five years. With the corresponding initiative at the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Andorra, the Minister of Finance of the Principality Jordi Cinca spoke yesterday.
The final release terms are as follows:
Issuer – the Government of the Principality of Andorra (Pyrenees)
Number of shares issued – 60,000
Terms – 5 years
Fixed interest rates: 1.75%
Terms of interest payment (annually):

29/05/2019
29/05/2020
29/05/2021
29/05/2022
The decree on the issue of bonds comes into force on 11th May, 2017.
The deadline for applications is 22d May, 2017
