Skating ice rink in Canillo
The biggest Ice Palace in the Pyrenees is located in Canillo. The complex offers a wide range of opportunities for leasure and sporting events—for individuals and for groups with corresponding package of services.
Olympic rink: 1800 m2 of area (60m X 30m), the capacity of grandstand is 1500 of viewers. The open classes for mass ice-skating in the morning and during a day (the working hours may alternate, depending on the season). In the evening the rink offers the following activities: ice carting, hockey and laser battle, fancy skating trainings.
Swimming pool: the size is 25m X 12,50m, the depth is 1,60 m-2,10 m. It is divided into the paths for the swimmers and the space for groups. Children under 5 years old go to the swimming pool for free, but they obligatory need to be accompanied by an adult. There are also swimming trainings for the children from 8 years old. The working hours in high season: daily from 10:00 till 22:00, Sunday till 20:30. Low season: from 10:00 till 14:30 and from 16:00 till 21:30, Sunday till 16:00
Gym: there are different types of exercisers, rock-climbing wall (3,50m wide and 4m high), race tracks, squash and open-air tennis courts.
Audience hall: the capacity is 314 viewers; there is a stage and sound equipment. Module conference-halls (4 ), multifunctional and universal sports hall.
There are also the stores of hockey and fancy skating equipment in the complex.
