Andorra (Pyrenees) continues to promote the use of electronic certificates for companies and citizens of the principality. 2350 citizens of Andorra, 631 officials and 126 companies are currently using electronic certificates. To increase the number of holders of this certificate, the Government of Andorra decided to extend the terms of its use for this year. The goal is to continue to develop use of the certificate between different administrations, citizens and individuals in order to simplify the relationship between them.
With the certificate you can perform the functions online 24 hours a day, keeping all legal guarantees. You can also sign electronic documents with the same value as a normal signature.
Immediacy of action, safety, saving on travel and time, reducing the impact on the environment – these are the main arguments in favor of using the certificate.
