Piriou is a French medium-sized company, specializing in the shipbuilding and repair of steel and aluminum vessels up to 120 meters.

Based in Concarneau (Brittany), France, it has several locations in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Indian Ocean and operates in many areas such as fishing, towing, passenger and freight transport, dredging, oceanographic research and State action at sea.

Chaired by Vincent Faujour2, it now has more than 1,300 employees worldwide and has built more than 500 boats since its creation.

Since 2013, it has been the majority shareholder of Kership, a joint venture created with Naval Group, the European leader in naval defense, and specialized in State Action at Sea.
