Vintage motorcycles: Motor Triumph “Ricardo”, 500 cc (1921). Triumph evolved its H model to “Ricardo” fitted with this extraordinary four valves engine totally ahead of its time. It’s named after the project engineer, who designed it, Harry Ricardo. Very few motorcycles fitted this engine as due to its advanced design. It was rather delicate, especially its piston which was made in aluminium for the first time. Museum Moto Bassella, Catalonia
