VAZ-21053 Zhiguli. Green version

Lada VAZ-21053 Zhiguli. Green version

The VAZ-2105 model became the ancestor of the second generation of the VAZ “classics”, and was developed through a major modernization of previously produced models as part of the “second” generation of VAZ rear-wheel drive cars as a replacement for the first-born VAZ-2101, which in turn was created on the basis of the Fiat 124, the winner 1967 European Car of the Year competition.

With the complete preservation of the frame and body manufacturing technology, its external panels have noticeably changed, giving the “angular” shapes that were fashionable at that time. Chrome-plated decorative parts have given way to matte black, made of plastic or painted metal. Aluminum bumpers with rubber buffers have been designed to accept hydraulic dampers to US safety.
