Val Ferrera (cat. Vall Ferrera): a Catalan resort for cross-country skiing
The resort is part of the ski resort network of Gran Pallars
The Val Ferrera resort offers the opportunity for winter sports far from civilization, set against the backdrop of the Parc Natural de l’Alt Pirineu landscapes in the Spanish Pyrenees.
This resort offers 28 km of cross-country skiing trails (varying degrees of difficulty). The resort also offers:
1. Snowshoe trails – 3 contours inside the forest
2. Dog sledding
3. Sledding (traditional sledges equipped with a modern braking system)
4. Winter educational ecological seminars for schoolchildren and children, dedicated to the secrets of the forest, fauna and flora of the Alt Pirineu park
5. Refuge Gall de Fer. The station offers hotel accommodation and meals, as well as rental of all necessary equipment (skis, snowmobiles, snowshoes, sledges)

Price for ski passes
A lift pass from 1 to 5 days is valid for skiing at Espot, Port Ain and Tavascan stations.
