The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in the Russian city of Kaliningrad (formerly Königsberg). It is the largest church of Kaliningrad Oblast. It is the dominant building of the inner city and is situated near the central square, called Ploshchad Pobedy (Victory Square).
The Cathedral’s construction was completed on 10th September 2006. A small wooden chapel that served as the original worship space still stands nearby. Pencil drawing by Joan Mañé
