Автоматический Контрольный Пункт (АКП-73)
The Automatic Checkpoint AKP-73 (turnstile) consists of several main components: a base with supports, a frame, shields, a top cover, flaps with an electromechanical drive, a beam control system, a coin acceptor mechanism located inside the case, a coin counter, a power supply system and other equipment, which is also located inside the case. The machine kit includes two pedestals: left and right. They are designed to organize one passage. If you need to increase the number of passages, you can install additional middle pedestals.
The left pedestal contains one flaps mechanism, which operates on the right side. In addition, it contains lighting devices and group switching machines that provide power supply.
The middle pedestal contains two flaps mechanisms, the working elements of which can operate in both directions. It also contains a control unit, illuminators and photo sensors, a coin counter and a coin acceptor mechanism.
The right pedestal has only one flaps mechanism, the action of which is directed to the left side.
In front of the entrance to the turnstile, under the front panel, there are green and red lights. In normal mode, the display shows a red light, which automatically switches to green when a five-kopecks coin, token or card is validated.
The frame is made of a welded metal structure made of angle steel, inside which there are special brackets for attaching individual parts. The front and rear doors of the case are made of stainless steel.
The doors with an electromechanical drive are designed to block the passage if, for some reason, a passenger does not insert a coin into the coin acceptor and tries to enter the station. The passage is blocked simultaneously by two doors located in the left and right pedestals. The response time is only 1 second.
The doors with an electromechanical drive operate as follows. In the initial position, when the passage is open, the traction electromagnet does not receive power, and the doors are held in the upper open position by a return spring.
If a passenger tries to pass without paying the fare, then when entering the coverage area of the first and second beams located in front of the doors, a signal is sent to close the power supply circuit of the traction electromagnet coils. At the same time, the microswitch will break the power supply circuit of the traction electromagnet, and the latch will hold the doors in the closed position until the passenger-offender leaves the coverage area of the first and second beams. In the next cycle of operation, the automatic control system takes the initial (normal) position.
The beam control system is designed to open the passage for passengers who have paid the fare, and automatically close it for offenders. The system consists of four beams, two of which are installed in front of the doors, and two – behind them.
