Two-seater made with composite materials, equipped with a large, fully enclosed cockpit, the Xenon was designed by Frenchman Raphaël Célier.

Around a hundred examples of this aircraft built in Poland are flying around the world. The tightening of gyroplane certification regulations now prohibits it from operating in the United States.
