A visit to the largest farm in the Alt Urgell region La Reula where milk and dairy products are produced

On October 22, the Espai Ermengol Museum (la Seu d’Urgell) organized a visit to the largest in the Alt Urgell region “La Reula”, where and are produced. More than 300 cows produce up to 70,000 liters of milk per week. About 5% of this volume is used for the preparation of cottage cheese and yogurts – fresh products without preservatives with storage duration one week. The products arrive at the stores of Spain and Andorra.
