Valgornera Castle (cat. Castell de Vallgornera) is a building in the municipality of Peralada (Alt Empordà, Girona province, Catalonia, Spain), declared a cultural heritage of Catalonia of national interest.

A building with an asymmetrical rectangular floor plan, with a central courtyard and two square towers at the ends of the east side.

The southeast tower has two longer walls. It has loopholes at different levels; on the top floor they are shorter than the others. The tower is roofed on four sides. There are two portals on the main facade, both renovated. The first one with a lowered arch goes directly into the yard. The second with a semicircular arch goes to a more improved body in relation to the rest of the structure.

As for the rear façade, this is the best preserved wall of the fortress.

The castle was first documented in 1123. Currently owned by the current Marquis of Oris, Santiago de Sentmenat and Urruela (cat. Marquès d’Orís, Santiago de Sentmenat i de Urruela).
