The Tourism Minister of Andorra (Pyrenees), Francesc Camp, says that ecology is a driver behind developing the tourism sector.
The Minister of Tourism of Andorra, Francesc Camp, participated in the last Ibero-American Conference of Ministers of Economy and Tourism in Guatemala (in the city of Antigua). He said that technology is a factor in the development of the tourism sector because it allows visitors and their experiences to become traceable. He defended innovation and sustainable development in this sector of activity.
During the working sessions, he focused on issues related to infrastructure and innovation investments as a fundamental driver of growth and economic development, in which renewable energies are becoming increasingly important.
In November, Andorra will sign the joint declaration of 22 Ibero-American ministers during the 26th Summit of Heads of State and Government.
