The Government of Andorra, at the proposal of the head of Education and Higher Education, Eric Jover, approved the decree for the publication of the secondary teaching programs of the schools of Andorra (Pyrenees).
The programs establish the competencies and resources of the seven areas of learning (languages, maths, physical and natural sciences, social sciences, technology, visual and plastic education, musical education and physical education) that make up the curriculum of secondary education and that the students have to develop throughout their schooling.
The updating of the Second School of the Andorran School’s programs (the last version was decreed almost 20 years ago, in 1999) is part of the Strategic Plan for the renovation and improvement of the Andorran educational system (PERMSEA).
