On April 14, the Ministry of Territorial Planning of Andorra (Pyrenees) launched an informative campaign for road users. The goal is to increase road safety for cyclists.
For 25 weeks, information panels along the roads of the principality relayed 100 messages. The official video has been viewed more than 74,000 times.
The roads of Andorra are increasingly being visited and becoming popular among cyclists. Nearly 5% of the population of Andorra practice cycling regularly. In addition, stages of the Tour de France, Vuelta, and Tour de Catalunya take place in the country.
Given these favorable results, the ministry will launch a new campaign again in 2019.
