The head of the Government of Andorra, Antoni Martí Petit, welcomed the delegation of PRC Association of Friendship Abroad headed by the President Li Xiaolin, that takes the position of Deputy Minister of Chinese Government.
Among the members of Chinese delegation there were also the General Director of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of PRC on European Affairs Song Jinwoo and the Director of the Department on European Affairs of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of PRC Van Kiing.
The parties expressed a mutual wish to organize a forum Andorra-China in 2015 with the purpose to present investment capacities of the Principality in China and to expand economic cooperation between two countries.
The Chinese delegation also announced the opportunity of attending the 8th Economic forum China –Spain in Madrid by Chinese businessmen and subsequent possibility of organizing the meeting with the representatives of Andorra that will also be present at the Forum.
The activity of PRC Association of Friendship Abroad is aimed to support economic, touristic and cultural cooperation of PRC with other countries. Yesterday’s meeting became a part of festive events dedicated to the celebration of 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Andorra (Pyrenees) and PRC.
