The Minister of culture of Andorra (Pyrenees) Olga Gelabert takes part in the XXV Latin American summit of Ministers of culture in Cartagena d’Índies (Colòmbia). The main theme of the summit – “Youth, entrepreneurship and education”.
Olga Gelabert, accompanied by the Ambassador of Andorra in Spain Jaume Gaytan, participates in various seminars devoted to the theme of youth, opportunities to develop and build an integrated, prosperous society.
In her speech Olga Gelabert presented to 22 Ministers of culture of Ibero-American countries – a joint project of the Foundation ONCA (Orquestra Nacional Clàssica d’Andorra (ONCA) and the Government of Andorra.
The project was launched in 2015 under the logo “Community and social effects”. This program of social education, which helps to create maximum conditions for children, young people and adults with risk of social isolation, using the instruments of musical creativity.
