The immigration service adapts its offices to its needs

The immigration service in Andorra (Pyrenees) of the Government adapts its offices to its needs.

The increase in the number of users of the immigration service and a willingness to open the service directly to the public make the rehabilitation of the premises a priority. 185000€ and six months of work were necessary. The various departments of public administration must welcome citizens in the best possible way but at the same time take into account the working conditions of the staff.

The department will have 8 reception desks, instead of 6 as before, which will aim to reduce waiting times. These changes were made taking into account the average number of clients the service receives per day – it is about 168 people, reaching up to 300 applicants in winter.
