The deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia Alexey Meshkov on the occasion of celebration of the 20 anniversary of diplomatic relations between the countries visited Andorra (Pyrenees).
The main purpose of the visit – is a strengthening of economic relations. Within visit meetings with the head of the Government of Andorra, Antoni Martí Petit, and also with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra Gilbert Saboya were held.
Both parties declared about good relations between the countries and aspiration to increase in cooperation in such areas as tourism. Ministers of two countries agreed about need of taking measures, as in Andorra, so in Russia, for stimulation of process of economic cooperation.
