An iconic piece from the 70s. The Edison Continental television on its cast aluminum tulip stand.

Continental Edison was established in Paris in 1882 by Thomas Edison, then passed through a series of alliances, mergers and takeovers, until in 1986 their owner, Thomson, decided to kill the Continental Edison brand. In the 1990s the brand reemerged under different ownerships, and persists today (2020) as a reseller of chinese electronics.
