The Camps Elisis School in Lleida is launching an architecture innovation project

The Camps Elisis School in Lleida, CataloniaSpain, has launched an architecture innovation project to bring this field to the students and let them practice what they learn in the classroom. It has a duration of four years and this is the second year of its development. It is aimed at the 3rd to 6th grade primary students and consists of field trips and classroom activities.

The school presented its application for the “Magnet, alliances for educational success” project in April 2018 and was selected, together with 14 other educational centers in Catalonia.

The director of the Camps Elisis school, Jordi Porta, pointed out that this educational project intends to develop the child’s full potential, with the promotion of communication skills, complicity with the environment, practical application of science and the responsible use of technology taking into account environmental criteria, artistic and creative aspects, solidarity and respect when working in teams.

All in all, it helps to have a new vision of the architecture.
