The company Fábrica Española de Automóviles Díaz y Grilló was founded in 1915 in Barcelona (Spain) by Antonio Díaz and Mario Grilló for the production of cars. They designed a small and robust “ciclecar”, which they equipped with Swiss Mag 2 and 4 cylinder engines.

In 1922, after building just over a hundred cars, Díaz y Grilló abandoned production.
