A “gastronomic market” project will be launched in Andorra (Pyrenees) this September. It will be situated in the El Diamant building on Meritxell, 31, Andorra la Vella.
Chefs Romain Fornell, restaurant Caelis, Barcelona, Spain (one Michelin star), Bernard Bach, restaurant Le Puits Saint Jacques, Toulouse, Occitania, France (two Michelin stars) and Òscar Manresa, restaurants Kauai, Casa Guinart i Casa Leopoldo will take part in the project with their offers of culinary delights.
The market will will work in a space of 700 sq.m.
