The President of Portugal Rebelo de Sousa ratified a resolution on approval of the agreement on avoidance of double taxation between Portugal and Andorra (Pyrenees).
Ratification took place a week after the approval of the resolution by the Portuguese Parliament.
The agreement on avoidance of double taxation between Andorra and Portugal was signed in New York on 27th September, 2015 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra Gilbert Saboya and his Portuguese colleague Rui Manuel de Machete.
The agreement, which was approved by the Parliament of Andorra on 30th November, 2016, comes into force in both countries on the completion of all legal formalities in the nearest future.
