MUSIC

Wednesday, 29th May at 21.30h at the National Auditorium, Ordino. (Tickets: 15€, side gallery seats: 8€. Carnet jove with advanced booking, 15% discount.

The 2019 Season of the National Auditorium Christina Rosenvinge: A Blond Man. We are pleased to present the winner of the 2018, Spanish National Music Awards and Spain’s most experienced singer-songwriters. In 1991, she created the band Christina y Los Subterráneos, with which she released the album Que me parta un rayo to huge success in Spain and South America. Her latest works: Lo nuestro (2015) and Un hombre rubio(2018) will be presented at the Auditorium. The critics agree that A Blond Man is a disc of high compositional merit, as much melodically as lyrically. In the lyrics of A blond man, the singer has departed from the dictionary definition of the word ‘man’ to play with different masculine identities: son, father, lover … She has also left open the possibility that, by using the masculine generic, she is actually talking about herself… We invite you therefore to discover A blond man, a work that follows in the classic wake of pop-rock, but with a more poetic text.

With their passion and enthusiasm, more than 100 singers, together with the Black Thursday rock band, will be performing at the now traditional annual concert live in Encamp.
