Saturday, 16th November at 22h at the cafè-teatre-pub La Fada Ignorant, Andorra la Vella. (reverse box office) Concerts a La Fada: King Sapo. King Sapo presents his disc ‘Niño Guru’ to La Fada Ignorant. King Sapo, a rock band from Madrid, was founded last year. The band brings together some of the most experienced musicians in the Spanish musical scene, such as former members of Eldorado: Jesús Trujillo, Andrés Follet and Javier Planelles, who joined José Alberto Solís, ex-SCIS or Wyoming and Los Insolventes. All this under the baton of producer Joan de Déu Martín, who has worked with artists like Amaral. The album ‘Niño Guru’ was released at the beginning of this year. In it we will find the purest rock, with airs of the seventies and nineties, that travel from classic rock to hard rock. A bridge between the storm of themes such as ‘Fire’ or ‘Nen Gurú’, which gives it its name, and the calmness and depth that is breathed in ‘Speaking with the trees’ or ‘Free’. The album is made up of nine songs that the artists advise us to listen to everywhere, since “the album is intended to be heard following a plot line full of emotions.” They have been nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards for the best album of rock.
