On 25th May, the Madriu-Perafita-Claror valley with CENMA organized a free workshop to celebrate the international day of biodiversity. It was a family-friendly activity to get closer to the world of birds from a fun activity, such as the construction of eaters for birds.
The workshop took place at Portal de la Vall, from 10:00 to 12:00. The kids, of different ages, learned how to identify some birds that are easy to find in Andorra, and build eaters from recycled material (tetra-bricks, the interior of toilet paper rolls, etc).
The same activity had taken place on May 23rd at the Cortinada Nature Center and on May 24th at the Comapedrosa Interpretation Center, in Arinsal, since the three parcs in Andorra collaborated in the celebration of this important day.
