Monts d’Olmes with 23 km of ski slopes

Мон-д'Ольм

Les Monts d’Olmes is a winter sports resort in the Pyrenees mountain range, located in the Tabe massif in the territory of the municipality of Montferrier, in the French department of Ariège.

It is the third largest ski area in the department, behind Ax 3 Domaines and Guzet.

Located not far from the citadel of Montségur, the Monts d’Olmes resort is only 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Toulouse and a little over an hour from Carcassonne, which makes it a facility particularly frequented by the urban population of the South of Toulouse.

The Monts d’Olmes are among the first ski resorts in the Pyrenees which are naturally snow-capped. At the heart of the Tabe massif (2368 m), the resort overlooks the three valleys which irrigate the Pays des Pyrénées Cathares, Hers, Touyre and Douctouyre.

The ski area covers more than 350 hectares and the resort also offers a children’s area, a freestyle area, a freeride area and a boarder-cross.
