The Montesa Fura was a prototype scooter presented by Montesa in 1958 during the XXVIII Geneva International Motor Show. It was an innovative model, located halfway between the motorcycle and the scooter, characterized by a complete sheet metal body that acted as a self-supporting chassis. It had a two-stroke air-cooled single-cylinder engine (adapted from the Brío) of 142 cc, with three-speed gearbox and designed to use electric start.
