Metrovacesa starts work on Residential Teide in the Andalusian capital

Metrovacesa, leading real estate developer in Spain with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has begun construction work on Residential Teide, a residential complex offering a total of 46 multi-family homes of different types. Located in the Isla Natura-Palmas Altas neighbourhood, the company will invest 11.7 million euros to meet the demand for new residential developments in the Andalusian capital.

Residential Teide offers 46 new homes in Seville of different types: 8 one-bedroom homes, 16 two-bedroom homes, 8 three-bedroom homes and 14 four-bedroom homes, all of them with large terraces. In addition, all the homes are offered with the option of a garage and storage room, as the development offers a total of 65 parking spaces in the basement.

Located in the new Isla Natura – Palmas Altas neighbourhood, this new development, made up of two blocks, is equipped with air conditioning and a lift to guarantee the comfort of the future owners. Each of the blocks has a ground floor plus 5 floors up to the penthouses and 3 commercial premises, differentiated by a common transit area where future owners will be able to access areas such as the communal swimming pool.

Metrovacesa has chosen the architectural studio Novarquia, originally from Seville (Andalusia), to integrate all the elements that ensure the preservation of the site. Furthermore, in its clear commitment to sustainable construction, Residential Teide has an Energy Rating for Energy Consumption B, Energy Rating for Emissions (CO2) A, Green Seal of Sustainable Building Rating, and the distinguished DOMUM seal, Metrovacesa’s own seal of commitment to sustainability.

Isla Natura, Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainability

Located to the south of Los Bermejales, framed between the Guadalquivir and Guadaira rivers, Isla Natura promises to be an extraordinary environmental enclave with a strategic location as it is very well connected to Seville and its surroundings via the SE-30 and the A3 motorway to Cadiz with access to the SE-40 and where in the future line 3 of the Seville Metro will arrive.

With this development, Metrovacesa reinforces its leadership and commitment in the sustainable construction sector. In addition to Residential Teide, the developer is making progress on other urban developments, located in the Isla Natura – Palmas Altas neighbourhood, such as Torre Arenal, Residential Navacerrada and Villas del Tíber, for which it has just obtained the building permit. As a whole, the developer offers more than 13 projects being marketed with more than 880 homes in this new sustainable neighbourhood of the city.

Metrovacesa S.A. is a major Spanish property company, headquartered in Madrid, which was the largest publicly traded real estate developer in the Eurozone. The company is primarily focused on the leasing of a range of property in France and Spain, which comprises around 80% of its portfolio.
