A smog cloud of dust air from Africa gripped most of the Iberian Peninsula and reached Andorra (Pyrenees).
This led to a pollution in the air quality and cloudiness. The maximum PM10 particle concentration (148.5 mg / m3) has been recorded today at 10.00 am, from 10.30 am the level of the smog decreased, but during the day it has been still high (an average of 80 micrograms / m3).
Source of origin smog dust particles – Morocco.
According to the forecast, during Friday and Saturday the wind direction will change, which will help to dispel the dust and improve air quality.
