The innovative project of exercise bike that can produce electricity has won in the contest of innovative ideas of ACTUA (Economic Development Agency of the Government of Andorra created in order to attract foreign investments). The project’s author – Jordi Fernández – got the main prize: iPad Pro tablet.
33 projects participated in the contest. All submitted projects had to meet requirements such as sport and healthy lifestyle, respect for the environment, but also had to have a high innovative component. “My project meets all these requirements and can benefit people,” commented Jordi Fernández.
Director of ACTUA Imma Jiménez thanked all the participants and promised that “this initiative will be continued because it is a good way to attract the public for investments to innovative projects.”
