A new health center “Salita” with estimated cost of 10 mln. € is opened in Andorra

SARquavitaeA new health center “Salita” with estimated cost of 10 mln. € is opened in Andorra (Pyrenees). It is located opposite the SPA centre of Caldea, district of Escaldes-Engordany. New centre consists of seven floors, the total area of 8.750 m2.

Each floor is designed for a specific type of client. The first and second floorsfor accommodation of visitors with therapeutic diseases, third and fourth floors are for people with neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis or rehabilitation after a stroke), the last floor is offered for families. On the seventh floor there is an outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the city and mountainsThe center also is designed to be visited (without accommodation) up to 20 people per day. Ground and minus first floors is expected to be recreational areas as well as room services and medical care.

According to the authors of the project, the health center more looks like a modern comfortable hotel. In addition to therapeutic treatments standard hotel services will be offered to the clients (restaurant, laundry, maid services) as well as live entertainment in the afternoon, “flexible” restaurant menu according to the needs of the clients. On request, rooms can be furnished with their own furniture. The new centre has 144 rooms: 60 single rooms, 64 double rooms and 20 Suites. The price starts from 2.0003.150 € per month. The health center‘s goal is to accept clients without an appointment.

The project is estimated at 10 million €. The owner of center – Spanish SARquavitae, a company specialized in providing exclusive services in the areas of health (more than 10 thousand employees). The company owns 135 hospitals and medical centers, including those focused on disability.
