The Government of Andorra approved a provision on the licensing of gambling in the Principality

The Government of Andorra approved a provision on the licensing of gambling in Andorra (Pyrenees). The document was considered by the Council of Ministers on 13th December on the initiative of the Andorra Gambling Regulator. In particular, new law concerns issuing class I and class J licenses for the Bingo operators.

A Class “I” license refers to the implementation of professional activities related to gambling, managed by a bingo operator.

A Class “J” license is a permission for commercial activities related to the sale of gaming equipment. Owners of Class “J” licenses can also request permission to operate gaming equipment, which can be supplied to a bingo operator.
