Fountain of Arts

On April 28, 2006, in Lavrushinsky Lane in Moscow, the solemn opening ceremony of the Inspiration Fountain, which also received a different name – the Fountain of Arts, took place. The launch was timed to coincide with celebrating the 150th anniversary of the nearby Tretyakov Gallery.

The authors of the project were sculptors Alexander Rukavishnikov and Philip Rukavishnikov. Marina Morina, Olga Zhiburtovich and Olga Alexandrova developed the architectural solution.

The fountain is located opposite the House of Writers in Lavrushinsky Lane and the Streletsky Chambers museum.

Nearest metro: Tretyakovskaya.
