Formiguères is a ski resort in the French Pyrenees, located in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in the Occitanie region.
The resort opened in 1973 with a four km road from the village of Formigueres towards the Calmazeilles valley, a site at an altitude of 1,750 m known to the locals for its abundant snow cover. The station starts with three ski lifts, a red, a blue and a green slope serving the top of the Perxes Blanches.
The Serre de Maury chairlift allows a significant extension of the area, which doubles in size and reaches an altitude of 2320 m. Tracks of all levels (from blue to black) are open in this vast forest sector.
