Located in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees (France) at an altitude of over 1800 meters above sea level, the Bolquère Pyrenees 2000 resort will appeal to all winter sports and outdoor enthusiasts at first sight. Numerous ski slopes traverse beautiful natural areas where the eye-candy is complemented by the sensations provided by routes of varying degrees of difficulty. Located on the Cerdanya high plateau, the typical ski village of Font-Romeu offers a wide range of accommodations to suit all tastes: cozy wooden chalets, apartments, hotels and residences.
There are two ski resorts that offer 52 km of slopes (41 track: 15 green, 10 blue, 7 red and 9 black), 28 lifts, 500 snow cannons, a snow park, four ski schools.
There are also 3 slalom tracks and a biathlon stadium.

THE BUSES
The Departmental Council of Pyrénées-Orientales provides travelers with a € 1 bus network. These buses serve all the municipalities that are not part of the Perpignan Mediterranean Agglomeration Community, either on a regular line or on a transport line on demand.

THE TRAIN: BOLQUERE-EYNE STATION
The Bolquère SNCF station is the highest in France, culminating at 1,593 meters. It is located at the entrance to the city about 1km from the village center.
