Flags of the world: Andorra
The state flag of Andorra is a rectangular cloth that consists of 3 vertical uneven strips (from left to right—blue, yellow and red). Blue and red are the colors of France, yellow and red are the colors of Spain. All together they reflect the idea of joint Franco-Spanish protectorate. In the center of middle yellow strips a state coat of arms is depicted. The tricolor was approved in 1866.
